Boy who can See in the Dark

This little fellow can see in the dark. It's not that he's eaten all of this carrots; rather that he was born with eyes that were different to those of his friends. And probably the rest of the world's too. He has localised albinism in his eyes so with no pigment, his eyes look blue.
